To ensure the best experience, extensive preparation is conducted prior to your session, requiring considerable time investment. As session slots are rarely filled on short notice, a cancellation policy is in place. Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance incur no charge. Cancellations within 4 days are subject to a 50% charge of the full hourly rate, while cancellations within 2 days are charged at 100% of the full hourly rate. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may mean a missed appointment and is also chargeable at 100% of the full rate.
